Note: This service is not enabled for all organisations. Please check with your HR if you are unsure if this is enabled for you. If this service is enabled for you, you will have the ability to book sessions from the 'Therapy' tab in your app, or if your Clearhead website is showing 'Therapy & Services' on the top bar of the home screen.

What is it?
Clearhead offer legal advice to anyone who needs it.
Clearhead only offers Family Law Advice (e.g. relationship property, separation advice, matters concerning children).

This does not cover Property Law,  Immigration Assistance, Private Individual Law (e.g. Trusts, Wills, EPOA), Employment Law or other forms of law due to the price prohibitive nature of these services.

How much does this cost?
If your workplace provides funded therapy sessions with Clearhead, then getting legal advice is totally free. You will receive two hours of legal advice, separate to your allocation of therapy.

How do you book an appointment?
Head to your app or website to book (if enabled).

Before you book an appointment with a lawyer, you will need your organisation’s name and your Verification ID. This could be your employee ID or code, work email address, membership number or student ID.

If you’re having reservations about speaking to a lawyer, our experience shows that online sessions are a great way to start these conversations.
