If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the therapist reserves the right to charge for the session/use one of your EAP allocations.
If the therapist chooses not to charge, the session allocation will be returned to you.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your session allocation will automatically be returned.
