By default, three family members are able to book EAP funded therapy, if your organisation has not specified otherwise. You can check this under Settings > My Subscription > My Memberships.
There is no limit to self-funded therapy.
If you are using Unimed funding please revert to the limits shown while booking, as these depend on the policy.
You can see how many family members you have added, and how many licenses remain from Settings > Family Members.
