What happens to my Clearhead account when I leave my organisation?

When you leave your organisation, your HR/Admin team will remove you from their list of eligible users.

If you have not already signed up under your organisation, you will be unable to. However you are still able to create a free account at myclearhead.com if you wish. Free accounts have the ability to self-fund therapy and have limited access to Clearhead's self-help tools.

If you have already signed up and not commenced therapy, you will be able to log in to a free version of your account which has the ability to self-fund therapy (instead of being funded through your organisation) and you will have limited (instead of full) access to Clearhead's self-help tools.

If you have already signed up and commenced therapy, you will be able to log in to a free version of your account and see out your existing allocation for therapy but not access any new allocations. Your therapist will be unable to request session extensions (more sessions) on your behalf.
You will have limited (instead of full) access to Clearhead's self-help tools.

What happens to Family Access?
If your organisation allows family therapy the same rules apply to their accounts.

If your organisation uses Work Email to access Clearhead and you believe you will lose access to this email, please follow these steps to change your registered Work Email to your Personal Email before your access is cut off. This is important if you wish to book therapy, as any emails regarding therapy will be sent to your registered email.

If you have existing therapy to complete and have already lost access to your work email address, your therapist is able to book remaining sessions on your behalf. We advise them to change your contact details to your personal email to ensure you still receive booking communications. However if you still wish to access your account to manage your bookings, please contact us at therapist-support@myclearhead.com to change your email.

If you believe you are entitled to more sessions than what is showing in your account, you should liase with your HR/Admin overseeing the Clearhead partnership, who can reach out to us at therapist-support@myclearhead.com to approve/verify this.
