You need to sign up and sign in under your unique Clearhead website to be eligible for paid services.
If you have signed up under a free account at myclearhead.com and not your company's website you will not be recognised as a paying client and will get an error when you try to book therapy, saying that it is not funded.
If you have accidentally signed up this way, please email support@myclearhead.com and we can make sure you are successfully registered under your company.
After this has been sorted, you will also need to make sure you also sign in under your company's website to access the paid offering.
