When you request a booking with your selected therapist we hold the amount for the service on the card you have entered.
When the appointment is confirmed, which is usually within 5 days, that is when the payment will be taken from your card.
If the booking is not confirmed by the therapist within an appropriate time frame, we will auto-cancel the booking and return the amount immediately.
