How do I cancel a session?

To cancel a session, log into your account and head to ‘Appointments’. 

In ‘Upcoming Appointments’, click ‘cancel’ to cancel the appointment. 

If the booking has been accepted by the therapist and you are cancelling more than 24 hours before the session date and time, you will be refunded, minus 5% processing fee. 

If the booking has not been accepted by the therapist, we will release the full amount to you, including the 5% processing fee. 

If the booking has been accepted by the therapist and you cancel less 24 hours before the session, our cancellation policy applies and we reserve the right to charge the full session cost, including the 5% processing fee.
