Unimed Co-pay

If you are Unimed insurance member and have a co-pay arrangement, this means that Unimed fund a percentage of your therapy and you fund the remainder. You should know which co-pay arrangement you are on, but commonly Unimed will either pay 80% of the session cost and you fund 20% (20% co-pay), or Unimed will fund 50% of the session cost and you will fund 50% (50% co-pay). If you are unsure, our system will confirm your co-pay amount when you make a booking.

To make your first booking, sign up at unimed.myclearhead.com.

When you have chosen a therapist, click on Unimed as the source of funding.

When asked 'Who is this appointment for?', enter your details and press Next.

Enter your insurance information and press Next.

If asked 'How you would like to pay?' select your UniMed entitlement and press next. You will see the co-pay percentage specified.

Then select your Session Type. Depending on which service you select, you will see the corresponding amount you need to pay.

Finish off the booking steps.

You will then be directed to checkout to pay this amount. The amount will be held until the booking is confirmed.

If the therapist accepts the booking, your appointment will be confirmed and you will receive an email confirmation.
If the therapist does not accept the booking, you will be notified and the payment will be released back to your card.
